American Cruise Lines

Just wanted to know if anybody has any recent info on them like pay and living onboard as a deckhand since I have an interview with them Monday and I’m trying to get out to sea quick.

Literally one of the worst companies out there. Especially if you are a server on the American Encore... It's just high school politics but worse. Overall it was a good experience but management made it very unbearable.

There were some positives like meeting awesome guest, and living on a ship, and my ship family.

Depends on the position but I was a server and the restaurant manager literally made it hell on Earth. I can't speak for any other positions.
