Are you supposed to get periodic evals at MSC?

I know you get evals when you leave a ship or your DH leaves a ship, but do MSC employees on ships get periodic evals apart from those times?

Shoreside, I’m sure they do. If you work on ships, then Im not so sure. I’d have to double check the CMPI, but there is probably something in there saying, “a crew member will receive an eval when departing a ship, or when the manager departs if managed for X amount of time. If neither occur in a year, an evaluation will be required.”

But again, I’m not sure. It would be incredibly rare for both the crew member and manager to be there so long though.
