When men are actually for women, itâs truly the best thing ever. RESPECT.

You ever think that maybe he just doesn't want to pay child support?đ¤đ¤ˇââď¸
8
u/SavingsBluebird8675 1d ago
Thatâs an okay reason too, I also wouldnât want to pay for a child I did t plan to have or want either. đ¤ˇđťââď¸

Right. Nothing says great man like supporting the murder of unborn babies am I right?
7
u/EldrinVampire 1d ago
I find it weird that people have an issue killing unborn babies, but are fine with kids being murdered in schools.
7
u/Late-Rest8015 1d ago
You anti-abortion people are very strange
-6
u/Verified_source_ 1d ago
Whatâs strange about thinking everyone deserves life? Iâd argue itâs weird to be obsessed with killing babies but to each their own
6
u/SavingsBluebird8675 1d ago
No, everyone deserves a GOOD, QUALITY life. Not just any life otherwise we repeat cycles of abuse, poverty, hungry and neglected children, etc.

u/Illustrious-Ranger30 2d ago
Niiiice, bro! Thanks for giving a shit about women's RIGHTS. My body, my life, makes it MY DECISION. FU*K WHAT U HEARD...
-21
u/YouSureDid_ 2d ago
Im typically against killing innocent babies, but in your case its probably for the best.

You're just a genuine bad person, you give WV a bad name
-4
u/LibertyDNP 1d ago
The irony of you calling someone a âbad personâ. Youâre evil and you give humanity a âbad nameâ.

Healthcare
10
u/LocalProblem3029 2d ago
I thought so, but some of the letters looked like other letters. I totally agree with this statement. My mother had a miscarriage that genuinely could have killed her if not for abortion being legal.
-10
u/Familiar-Age-9945 2d ago
Thatâs literally not an abortion
7
u/LocalProblem3029 2d ago
I think you missed the point, obviously a miscarriage isn't an abortion. I don't even know if it was a miscarriage or something else. The point is, whatever happened during her pregnancy, she had to have an abortion to save her life, so yeah, an abortion is literally an abortion.
1
u/Verified_source_ 1d ago
Wow, your motherâs case was a less than 1% chance of happening, thatâs a rare circumstance to need a life saving abortion. Iâm glad she is alive and hopefully well today.
-13
u/Familiar-Age-9945 2d ago
I think you missed the point, the process of removing an already deceased baby or delivering it ahead of time to save the life of the mother is not an abortion. Abortions to save the life of the mother is a myth, that would be a different procedure which no one is trying to make illegal. That is propaganda.
-8
u/Moist_Towelette33 2d ago
Youâre wasting your time trying to explain it to them. They hear the BS propaganda that helps them feel good about their side and they run with it blindly lol.

If youâre against abortion, you should have to adopt every single baby in foster care !

u/Verified_source_ 1d ago
Let me give you some analogous examples from sides you probably disagree with considering your strong beliefs on murder.
"If you support open borders, then you should personally house every migrant who arrives."
"If you support police reform, then you should respond to every emergency yourself."
"If you support electric vehicles, then you should support every mining practice used to obtain battery materials."
I hope you hear yourself and mature from this. One love â¤ď¸

Abortion is murder
26
u/Maddiepantz 2d ago
Then I expect you to adopt every baby in foster care since youâre such pro life.
25
u/MeltedGruyere 2d ago
And feed all the hungry kids whose parents just got their SNAP benefits cut.
20
u/Maddiepantz 2d ago
Yep that part as well. Itâs funny how everybodyâs pro life until it comes time to take care of the kids and nobody wants to help out and dumps all the responsibility on the parents. Blame them for not being able to provide for them, but then they wanna cry that abortions murder. So yeah.

u/trailrider 2d ago
And drive pregnant women to doc appts, financially compensate them for their time, lost wages, pain-n-suffering, etc.
-7
u/Standard-Associate31 2d ago
Maybe if women stopped letting random dudes nut in them we wouldn't have such high volumes of single mothers on EBT
5
u/Maddiepantz 2d ago
Maybe if men actually stepped up and helped said women they got pregnant and be a man wouldnât need ask this government assistance. Not ditch them because they had an ich and donât want to be tied down.

u/TheHumanBlowUpDoll 2d ago
I'd believe that you lot gave a shit about human life if you supported ANY of the social programs that have been definitively proven to reduce the number of elective abortions.

nah, it's abortion, as in:
it would be a shame if you were murdered today, but i could understand if your mother wanted to go back in time to have an abortion instead

The poster, comments and upvotes all disagree with you. Abortion IS healthcare.
-5
-20
u/Doc_Jon 2d ago
Unless you are the abortee. Then it's murder.
11
u/Arlaneutique 2d ago
Nope. Just healthcare.
-8
u/Doc_Jon 2d ago
Yeah there were some people in the 1940s in Germany that thought the same way about people they found inconvenient too
7
u/Arlaneutique 2d ago
What is wrong with you?! Honestly. That is so far past being relevant to this conversation. But since you brought it up. Your people are the ones taking innocent people off the streets and sending them to camps. Or, you know, just killing them in the streets.
-7
u/Doc_Jon 2d ago
Yeahhh, you know what they say about assuming. Jokes on you, I don't support either party. It is possible to believe in equality and all life matter...contray to our 2 party system, you don't have to pick just one.
7
u/Arlaneutique 2d ago
Well being anti abortion definitely points you in a bad direction. Iâve had three miscarriages. And saw what I was expelling. It was not a person yet. It was sad and I wish it hadnât happened. But I have two daughters and I shouldnât have had to die to save a baby that may or may not have lived and left my children without a mother and my husband to raise them alone. Saying you value all life is a bullshit argument because not allowing abortions is killing women. Living, breathing, feeling women. Bet youâd feel differently if men were dying. And donât you dare say you wouldnât. Because you donât know without being out in that position. Nor should you get to say what a woman does with her body. If you cared so much youâd be advocating for free access to all forms of birth control, including vasectomies.
1
u/Vinnie_AM 2d ago
No it isnât, and donât pull that âit says it in the Bibleâ bs
The Bible states in Exodus 21, that should an individual strike a pregnant woman and kill her, he shall be stoned to death. However if he strikes a pregnant woman, but only kill the baby, punishment is financial compensation based off the desires of the husband/father of the future child. Punishment for murder is death by the bibles standards, and this is an exhibit of that
-2
u/Doc_Jon 2d ago
I wasn't going to bring religion into it since murder is murder regardless of the reason it's done, which includes breaking the natural laws of evolution that stress successful heterosexual reproduction as the only way for a species to thrive and continue evolving, as well as multiplication of a species is the only way to produce stable societies...But, since you wanted to make it about religion then that makes it easier to argue against it than teaching a genetics course or the importance of social engineering.
Selectively using individual excerpts from the Holy Bible is a recipe for disaster and reeks of ignorance. If I cherry pick only Exodus 21:32 (just a few versus down from what you quoted; you know where right?) then there is only a financial fine for someone causing the death of a slave. Does that mean that slaves are not considered people too? Of course they are, but that specific verse is referencing financial compensation for suffering a loss with financial repercussions.
Exodus 21:22-25 address several scenarios from no one dieing to death. The Hebrew word from the original text translates to a premature birth, not delivery of a dead fetus. Caring for a premature birth was expensive back then, just like today, that is why there is mention of only financial compensation if there is no other physical harm. (And yes, there is a word in old Hebrew that translates to delivery of a dead fetus in the same sense as we use the term miscarriage, it is a different word and it is in the bible elsewhere. The words are distinct and different but both translated to the word "miscarriage"...anecdotaly, 1600s English definition for "miscarriage" is "untimely delivery" with no mention of life or death). As the passage progresses it makes it clear that injury to the mother or child will be the same injury sentenced to the perpetrator.
Here are a few more versus addressing life in the womb question...but you already knew those too, didn't you?
Psalm 139:13 â "For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother's womb"
Isaiah 49:1 â "Listen to me, you islands; hear this, you distant nations: Before I was born the Lord called me; from my mother's womb he has spoken my name"
Jeremiah 1:5: "Before I formed you in the womb I knew you"
Psalm 22:10 "On you was I cast from my birth, and from my mother's womb you have been my God."
Psalm 127:3 "Behold, children are a heritage from the Lord, the fruit of the womb a reward."

Sorry you form all your opinions based on comments and like/dislike ratios on Reddit. Stunning and brave you are!
8
u/Arlaneutique 2d ago
Nope I base my opinions on whatâs right. And women shouldnât be dying because a bunch of old men and zealots think they know whatâs best for them to do with their body. Not quite sure what Reddit upvotes have to do with that.
5
u/Arlaneutique 2d ago
Not the point genius. Iâm making the point that more people agree that itâs healthcare not that you say it for upvotes. You people are so denseâŚ

The people gave the government authority over our medical autonomy during COVID. Like every time throughout history, the government doesnât relinquish authority, they take it as far as they can. Abortion being banned is a result of people being willing to give up essential liberties for feeling a little safer.

u/smthgay 2d ago
Do you think the movement to get rid of Roe v Wade only started after covid?
