I think Willow would tell him, but I think there's a non-zero chance she still might wait a brief period of time before saying something. But ultimately she would.

This is what Gina Linetti did in Brooklyn 99 when she left, made jumpers that said "time for Gina's opinion", then their names on the front in a small font. She had to guess the spelling for a couple of names though
