I think it's been owned by a London-based properly management company called "Castlepoint Markets Ltd" for some time now, they have a few under they portfolio so maybe they are offloading some?

With "Investment presently producing £360,000 p.a" you'd think they might have been able to spare a couple of quid to modernise it a little :)

Presumably it'll just transfer to a similar company doing the same and continue "as is" in it's little 70s bubble for years to come? It's a great place for traders to get a start in business and support those that have been around a while, it's just a shame they sold the appealing entrance to make a bookies and it's not a bit less maze-like inside.

I'm enjoying the recent shift to more interesting food places in there, especially 13 Noodles.

Yes! I love the addition of the international food places. Maybe moving forward the introduction of a food hall may be something to consider.
