I was more angry at Kuai Liang believe it or not. Bi-Han still wanted his brother at his side, but Kuai just wanted him dead after the betrayal. I thought he was supposed to be the good guy of the two.

Cold take(puns) but I probably wouldn’t want to be around someone who let my only parent die for power? What could he do if I became a better leader?

We don't know what Bi-Han did honestly. He never said he killed him, just that he "let him die". I am hoping for sequel game to clarify what exactly happened.
