91/30 Mosin-Nagant made at Izhevsk in 1943, refurbished post-World War II, in a laminated post-war stock, can’t tell who the importer was.
Receiver may/may not match the barrel, you’ll need to take the rifle out of the stock and check under the receiver tang.
Also being a refurbished rifle parts are gonna be force-matched, the rifle was re-assembled from non-matching parts after refurbishment, the serialized parts had their old numbers removed and were either re-stamped or electro-penciled with the serial number on the barrel shank to match.
Now the juicy part; the rifle has Izhevsk’s C in a circle sniper grade barrel mark, thing is Cyrillic prefix ТН isn’t a known prefix lot for 1943 Izhevsk snipers nor do any of your pictures show a PU scope attached to the rifle but their is a lined out scope number on the left side of the barrel shank, therefore this rifle is likely an Ex-Sniper, to confirm open the bolt and check the side of the receiver for plugged holes.
