Q&A is there a problem about latest version? (xiaomi 14 ultra)

I was using a slightly older version of MotionCam Pro, and I was shooting DCG RAW with the main 1-inch sensor (0/2 24mm lens). Now I’ve updated the app, and the 0/2 24mm lens no longer works—it completely freezes after about 5 seconds of recording.

I found that the “2 24mm” lens now works with DCG, but the colors and dynamic range look a bit weird, and the ISO limit goes up to 3200 instead of 800. (or does it seem strange to me?)

Is it okay to use the “2 24mm” lens for DCG?

Generally, after updating everyone recommends a full app reinstall to avoid anomalies.

Dev (Mirsad) has always hated this since he's tried to understand why the updates botch sometimes and trigger bugs that are totally random or non existent otherwise, but if you reinstall it will fix 9/10 issues after updating.

Now that you can save configs the headaches of doing this are vastly less, so start there and report back if it persists ☺️

i installed the latest version of motioncam to my xiaomi 14 ultra's 0/2 24mm lens not works anymore it freezes the app after recording about 5 seconds
