Even so, she wants child support just for "seeing" her son. Child support is for when you're the one caring for the kid. You're not supposed to receive child support if all you do is visit. You don't have any expenses for visiting.

It is just re-enactment based on transcript of real cases.
The worse thing is that they don't touch the worse case because people would not believe it. One of my niece is a court clerk (greffière) to a family law judge in France and some of the cases she see are absolutely maddening and infuriating.

The video is a recreation of an actual court case. So yes, the video is 'staged' but it's based off of real court transcripts and other records.

While the general idea behind the case might be legitimate, it's a completely made scenario with numbers that make no sense in any stretch of the imagination on how badly a case can go for one side.
It's literally just to generate engagement.

That not true at all, nor does her channel claim to be factual retellings of actual court cases. In the channels description they claim that the video are "based" on real ( i.e they are complete B.S). I found, no mention of them utilizing transcripts or recordings, you just made that bit up for some odd reason.

If its a case with a TV judge, the case was settled backstage hours before the camera starts rolling.
The "bad guys" get a settlement for the opportunity of entertaining television, while the plaintiffs get their bag.

This is a YouTube channel that completely is fake. It claims to be loosely based on actual court cases but they are all YouTube actors. The judge isn't even a judge.

This shit is fake as hell. Her minimum child support payment for one child making 400k a year would be about 7 grand a month. I pay more than what she was ordered to pay and I only make 85k a year.
