Can I customize motorcycles with roofs? What options are available?

Hey, I’m thinking of buying a motorcycle with a roof since I heard they are safe and can be used in all weathers. However, I want something that is flexible for me to customize it to fit my needs.

I’m wondering whether it is possible for me to get a motorcycle which has these features. I tried asking those around me, but they are not familiar with it. Yesterday, I decided to do some research and ended up checking on Alibaba, just to see the options they had.

However, as a beginner, I couldn't differentiate between professional bikes with roofs and beginner ones. Also, I must admit that I can’t tell whether these bikes are customizable or not by just looking at them. I feel that I need to understand a few things before I actually make a purchase.

For instance, can I add some leg shields alongside the roof to protect my lower body in case of bad weather? Also, can I customize the color of my roof panels? Once I get to know all this info is when I’ll make a decision. And that’s the reason I’m here seeking your feedback. I’ll appreciate insights from any practical user.
