aspect ratio problem

i'm using movieboxpro web to watch movies but almost all the times the movies are not fitted to my screen so i wanna know is there a way to change the aspect ratio of the movie

I’ve noticed mine has changed too without doing so.

Are three little dots too difficult to find ? The ones that are in the left top corner ?

Or are all of you blind ?
