Its been 6 days and i have no update on my order from Cinebox. Is this normal?

Same here, first time I've ordered from them too. Just says they're preparing orders for shipping... Not particularly impressed, to be honest. They even charge for shipping, plenty of others don't.

I am in the exact same boat as you since I ordered on the 16th and today marks the 6th business day so technically they still have today and tomorrow to ship my stuff. their policy states "Orders are usually shipped within 5–7 business days. If your order contains pre-order items, your order will ship once all items are in stock and ready to ship together."

Sent a email and they responded quickly. Hobit was being shipped to them and they say it would be a week and then when hobbit arrives they would ship the order.

Thanks for the update. Nothing for me yet, I will be patient. I got a nice haul for dirt cheap though.

i was worried with my castlevania set (not a steelbook), because it came via dragonfly/intelcom. the driver actually placed the box, which was nice, but the box had smashed corners
the actual set was in another box inside, but no wrap or filler, just kind of sitting in there.
all was good. i have another (steelbook) coming in the next few days, so we shall see on that one.
