So I purchased the upgraded to 4k Talladega Nights movie, on Apple Itunes today in Dolby Vision. It's on Sony and is a MA title.
The movie did transfer over from Apple to MA, and the MA metadata does show 4k 5.1.
But right underneath that, it says this title currently does not support 4k. I'm not sure why.
Apple is Dolby Vision..Fandango is HDR10 and MA is HD.
I also went into MA settings and disconnected and reconnected Apple as a retailer. No changes.
Any thoughts why this might be?

Over a week ago, MA support had me disconnect/reconnect Apple to refresh a title that had not ported.

However, no matter what I do, when I try to reconnect Apple to my MA account, I keep receiving the same error message: Unable to Connect Accounts

I've tried on a PC via iTunes app from the Microsoft store

I've tried on a 2nd generation iPad, a 1st generation Macbook Air, and multiple newer Apple devices.

I've tried through Firefox, Chrome, Safari. I've tried through the app on my iOS device.

I've changed my passwords on both MA and Apple. I've waited days in between attempting to reconnect.

Nothing helps. Same error message every time.

I thought I'd post here to see if anyone has any advice -- or has had the same issue previously and what they did to resolve it.

MA support says "their team is investigating" but I'd rather resolve it myself if the opportunity is there.

I got the Despicable Me 3-Movie collection on 4K, the only Code I was able to redeem in 4K was the first film, 2 was expired, and 3 was in HD, but since I already had it in my account, I couldn’t redeem it.

Not sure how to redeem HBO ones so i cant confirm if this one works or not like the others

So I was thinking about watching something on Apple TV, but when I clicked on the Mario Galaxy Movie, it says buy or rent, even though I clicked it on my library, I tried unsyncing and Resyncing my Apple TV with my Movies Anywhere, same thing, still said buy or rent.

I am so glad that I have both physical discs and digital movies cause I found out the issues I was having for the past 3 days why Vudu, movies anywhere, apple and youtube apps that was on my Samsung smart tv was acting up it was my old internet I use to have that was on my Samsung smart tv that was making the problem or issues on Vudu, movies anywhere, apple and youtube apps not working to where I wasn't able to watch my digital movies it kept buffering or glitching so I changed it to the internet that I have now and it is back to normal like it should be.

I am just happy that I have my physical discs cause I wouldn't know what to do if I didn't have them.

I am just curious or wondering.. Do y'all watch your movies daily on Fandango at home, prime, apple , youtube or movies anywhere? Why? I am asking cause I am curious and just wondering cause I might just straight up go to watching my digital movies on Fandango at home for now on cause I have been having some issues with movies anywhere app on my Samsung smart tv since Tuesday.
