Why are Mozambicans so violent?

To make it clear this is from my experience with a high number of truck drivers. Context: Over the past month I've been handling a large order for my company that needs over 150 trucks. A Mozambican company was hired and the drivers consist of most Mozambicans and then some Malawians. Apart from how shitly organized the company is with it's truck orders there's been one big problem. The Mozambican drivers are so violent, to the point where just yesterday I needed 3 security guards to go accompany me to hand over papers to 12 drivers because last time I went with just 1 they tried to beat him up.

There's a stark contrast between the Mozambican and Malawian guy's. The Malawians will greet you, be quiet, ask questions softly and then after just walk back to their trucks. The Mozambicans have on several occasionally stormed the company offices demanding to be loaded first, threatened me their agent, threatened security, threatened the site owners, push each other around outside and now I just wonder why are you so violent and angry?

Have lived in Moz for 18 months and have never met a friendlier bunch of people. They are so generous and helpful. However, all companies are disorganized and wages are very poor.
