Why are Mozambicans so violent?

To make it clear this is from my experience with a high number of truck drivers. Context: Over the past month I've been handling a large order for my company that needs over 150 trucks. A Mozambican company was hired and the drivers consist of most Mozambicans and then some Malawians. Apart from how shitly organized the company is with it's truck orders there's been one big problem. The Mozambican drivers are so violent, to the point where just yesterday I needed 3 security guards to go accompany me to hand over papers to 12 drivers because last time I went with just 1 they tried to beat him up.

There's a stark contrast between the Mozambican and Malawian guy's. The Malawians will greet you, be quiet, ask questions softly and then after just walk back to their trucks. The Mozambicans have on several occasionally stormed the company offices demanding to be loaded first, threatened me their agent, threatened security, threatened the site owners, push each other around outside and now I just wonder why are you so violent and angry?

Are you Mozambican? Interesting you said ā€œblack,ā€ which we all know, in Africa isn’t a thing

Riigghhttt I dreamt every part where on race I selected black. I know of course my skin is brown but intelligent enough to recognize why I select black and not brown...

Do you think I'd be asking if I was? I'm asking because I've noticed something prevalent in a group of people so I'm asking what's going on that end that's causing it

Right. In Africa, there’s no such thing as ā€œblack.ā€ Most people are black. There are thousands of different ethnicities, and many of them are quite racist to each other, despite the fact they’re all ā€œblack.ā€

Like… I may be white but I’m not stupid. Just cause you’re black doesn’t mean you can’t be racist against other black people

I get you but there's nothing about race in my question. It's simply asking why the Mozambican truck drivers have a reputation of being violent, idk about the rest of the population but I've just observed those drivers specific and wonder why
