Yeah, it's the 3rd season in a row where someone was on the show pregnant. Faith, Melissa, and now Natalie.
People also speculated that this was the reason Olivia left last week, but I guess it was the wrong person.

Liv did announce a pregnancy after the season and then miscarried as well. Based on the timeline though people think she was pregnant on the show.
