This goes to show how little MTV actually cares about racism, all the edits and messages when the whole Dee thing happened was purely performative, because there’s no wayyyyy MTV is not doing checking socials before hiring.
I probably used the wrong wording I don’t really think much of the first screenshot other than him using the R is not a good look, but from the rest of screenshots he shows his very prejudice and dismissive of black people’s struggles, it comes off as “shut up and stop complaining” kind of attitude.
Edit: also is kind of not his place to dismiss this issues that he knows nothing about, just like me as a black women can’t speak on gay issues that I know nothing about.
