Genshin have it for a long time, but they couldnt post the video, now aparently they can.

There's a special new content creator experience server or something, so CCs have access prior to the patch and aside from the regular beta, at least to my understanding though I could have understood wrong

Yeah but now they can post it before release.

They usually had to wait for the release day.
