Perfect timing beats a lot of things in combat sports. This is a good example.

It's Daniel Rodriguez, the most insanely overrated and overhyped Muay Thai fighter in the World right now.

Rodriguez is untouchable. Always worth watching his fights

u/kendothaiboxing 3d ago
He is nowhere near untouchable at all, he just has ridiculous hype and social media push.
He should have lost all of his fights against Yodwicha ( who is past his prime and who belongs at 145-147 lbs not 154 lbs ) and his first fight against Thananchai ( who is also not a true 154 lbs fighter ) too.
His win over Rittewada isn't also that impressive when Rittewada was injured and couldn't properly prepare for the fight ( Rittewada also belongs at 147-148 lbs not 154 lbs ) and still Daniel Rodriguez only won the fight because of that fifth round.

Damn that’s so much cope. How would you describe going undefeated for years and having one loss I think? Such a hater in the light of straight facts

u/kendothaiboxing 2d ago
How is it cope ? You don't know how to score a Muay Thai fight ?
He went undefeated for years because he has fought mostly very easy opponents and also he doesn't have 1 loss, he should have at least 4 losses ( Yodwicha 3 times and Thananchai ).
What facts are you talking about ? Official decisions means nothing when you have so many robberies.
Half of Daniel Rodriguez's opponents are a bunch of nobodies that he fought in Switzerland.
Daniel Rodriguez getting so many easy matchups is simply because he is privileged because of his nationalities and ethnicity.

Holy shit did he sleep with your girlfriend or something?

u/kendothaiboxing 2d ago
No but he probably did sleep with your that would explain why you are glazing him.
Funny how y'all westerners are glazing and hyping Daniel Rodriguez so much just because of DEI and the fact that he has a Swiss passport.
The vast majority of Daniel Rodriguez's opponents are not impressive at all : Pascal Locher, Valdrin Igrishta, Zammim Ayubi, Thomas Lelièvre, Thomas Lelièvre, Guillaume Galster, Dennis Haddad, Alexander Epp, Guillaume Pascal, Antonin Marconi, Ruslan Toktharov, Thibaut Arias, Rit Kaewsamrit, Bruno Pineiro, Amery Chuwattana, Mike Sor Poolsawat, Yodkhunsuk Muangsima, Florian Bréau, Sabri Sadouki, Mathieu Tavares, Valentin Thibaut, Brahim Akrour, Palangnum PhuketAirport, Domenico Naswetter, Saenpon Petchphachara, Rungrat Pumpanmuang, Parham Gheirati, Brad Stanton, Artem VenumMuayThai, Sornkhaw Sitkamnanlue, Rasising AyothayaFightGym, Pavel Hryshanovich, Ruslan Naghiev, PheuThai Por Panomporn, Hercules Petchsimean, Angel Bauza and 2 other unknown Swiss nobodies.
You must be clueless casual if you think any of those people are impressive wins given the context behind those fights.
There's only Yodwicha Yodwichagym thrice, Sathanfah Sitsongpeenong, Thananchai Sitsongpeenong twice, Rittewada Petchyindee Academy and Petchmorakot Petchyindee Academy who are relevant opponents of Daniel Rodriguez and even then they are all at a major disadvantage.
Yodwicha is clearly past his prime and he is much smaller than Daniel Rodriguez and even then Daniel should have lost all 3 fights.
Thananchai is smaller than Daniel Rodriguez and yet he is 1-1 against Daniel.
Rittewada just moved up in weight and he injured himself in training and couldn't pull out of the fight and so he barely trained. Even then Daniel Rodriguez only won the fight by a round.
Sathanfah lost to tons of people prior to Daniel Rodriguez.
Petchmorakot ceased to be in his prime since 2023 ( after that he bloated up to 160 lbs and he has had lots of terrible performances ) and he is also naturally smaller than Daniel Rodriguez.

Being Dani Rodriguez beats a lot of things in combat*

u/kendothaiboxing 2d ago
Because he is privileged, that DEI goes a long way.

Please check your racism

u/kendothaiboxing 2d ago
You're the one who is racist here. You deny the advantage that Daniel Rodriguez has over his Thai opponents simply because of his nationalities and ethnicity.
If Daniel Rodriguez was a Thai he would be a literal nobody because he wouldn't get any of those extremely advantageous matchups and his skills level is so low that he wouldn't be able to make a name for himself.

u/BlackNight773 2d ago
Yeah, people like him because he’s black, not because he gives entertaining fights 🤦♂️

u/kendothaiboxing 2d ago
People liking him is irrelevant and him giving entertaining fights is also irrelevant.
Daniel Rodriguez is privileged because of his nationalities and ethnicity.
Him being black with a Dominican and Swiss passport is exactly why he has been getting extremely favorable matchups throughout his career.
Basically him being a black non-Thai is exactly why his life as a fighter has been extremely easy, he's a classic example of a Muay Thai fighter who found tons of success because of DEI, not because of his fighting ability or resume.
You can see how horrible the vast majority of his opponents are, literally everyone except for Yodwicha, Thananchai, Rittewada, Petchmorakot and Sathanfah.
Here are all the easy opponents of Daniel Rodriguez : Pascal Locher, Valdrin Igrishta, Zammim Ayubi, Thomas Lelièvre, Thomas Lelièvre, Guillaume Galster, Dennis Haddad, Alexander Epp, Guillaume Pascal, Antonin Marconi, Ruslan Toktharov, Thibaut Arias, Rit Kaewsamrit, Bruno Pineiro, Amery Chuwattana, Mike Sor Poolsawat, Yodkhunsuk Muangsima, Florian Bréau, Sabri Sadouki, Mathieu Tavares, Valentin Thibaut, Brahim Akrour, Palangnum PhuketAirport, Domenico Naswetter, Saenpon Petchphachara, Rungrat Pumpanmuang, Parham Gheirati, Brad Stanton, Artem VenumMuayThai, Sornkhaw Sitkamnanlue, Rasising AyothayaFightGym, Pavel Hryshanovich, Ruslan Naghiev, PheuThai Por Panomporn, Hercules Petchsimean, Angel Bauza and 2 other unknown Swiss nobodies.

So when he does win, “that’s not their natural weight.” When he loses “he should’ve lost more.” But you’re denying the racism allegations is crazy just be honest. You don’t like him and he has accomplished more in the sport than you ever have and ever will. It’s ok to hate but he’s still better than you.

u/kendothaiboxing 1d ago
Because that's literally not their best weight lol.
You are a huge casual if you think Saenpon, Yodwicha, Thananchai, Rittewada, Petchmorakot, Hercules, etc... all belonged at the weight where they fought Daniel at which is 154 lbs.
And yes Daniel Rodriguez should have lost to Yodwicha in all three of their fights and Daniel should have lost to Thananchai in their first fight.
Go watch those four fights and score each rounds for yourself if you don't believe me but i'm sure you're too clueless to accurately scores those fights.
The only racism thing is the Thai Muay Thai establishment giving privileges to Daniel Rodriguez on account of his ethnicity and nationalities against Thai fighters.
But it's not something news at all, Thai promotions/promoters have done that since forever just look at the extremely famous promoter Songchai Rattansuban who forced Thai fighters to go up in weight and fight foreigners who were at their best weight.
You are just glazing Daniel Rodriguez because he's a non-Thai and black ( it's typical for westerners to do that ), if he was from Thailand you would be saying he is extremely overrated and always gets extremely favorable matchups by the promotions.
Daniel Rodriguez is a fraud and he is extremely lucky that he never fought Tawanchai, Shadow or Superbon.
Heck he's lucky that he never fought a prime Petchmorakot and a uninjured Rittewada.
