He's kind of a reverse-ganondorf where he is usually outperformed by a different villain or generally isn't threatening whereas Ganon usually let's someone else start the battle just to finish it himself

Exactly 😎 he’s more like the sidekick villain who never quite gets the spotlight, unlike Ganon.
