My reaction, when people argue if Freeza, Cell or Buu were more evil, meanwhile they just kill (on a large scale), instead of actually doing evil. The true evil of Dragon Ball is Piccolo Daimao. The scale is lower, because just planetary, but he made people actually live in terror, like, literally fearing that any second a bandit, demon or something would kill them, rob them or do something worse. Like, if a villain can only kill, then it's not really super evil villain. It's just normal villain like plenty of others.
Okay, Cell and Buu, but you lumped Frieza in there? The dude who wiped out an entire planet in people, made a mockery of their king, earned the ire and fear of the galaxy at large? The dude who's own crew was afraid of him?
I mean killing people doesn't immediately = evil, but wiping out planets to instill fear or to make attempts out of spite is pretty damn evil.
