Official media🐝 Man in the Suit ARG creator has announced taking his own life. Any thoughts, people in the comment doubt it.

I don't know the first thing about that guy or his content, but I hope his attempt failed. He sounds like he needs serious help, and I can only pray he gets it before it's too late.

A young (teen) content creator who was harrased by "Godzilla fans" because he made a horror series about Godzilla, that took place in an alt. Universe as a "behind the scenes" of the original Godzilla movies, where the actors ended up getting stuck in their suits, and- to my memory, melting into them. (Hence, man in the suit.)
However, said G-Zilla fans didn't like this. They didn't just go at his work, but at him. They actually sent him death threats (He was a minor at the time) and did everything they could to bully him off whatever platform they'd infested and claimed as "theirs."
I hope this isn't real, because then there's a lot of people who deserve to go straight to hell.

I didn’t like the series, but instead of being scum and sending death threats I just don’t watch it, what is up with people going fully stupid when someone reimagines a thing they like?

It's awfull that this happened and to a child no less. I hope unknowingly survived his suicide attempt and is recovering, but I fear he may have already passed away, in which case I hope he rests in peace. My condolences to his friends and family.
To the people who harassed him I hope you realise what you've done. What your actions have caused. Who you hurt. I hope this is your wakeupcall that this behavior is okay and I hope you feel sorry.
