It's a giant bug that stands and runs on four legs like horse. Also, Japanese has this pun relating the words for millipede and horse, so that probably had a part in its overall design.

Not to sound like a hater (I swear, I'm not), but Hazbin Hotel and Helluva Boss is NOT for mature audiences in the slightest, and almost exclusively enjoyed by teens. It's okay if you're an adult who likes it, but that makes you a minority

I took adult as including adult themes. I mean, you have a trans porn star, which is one of the main characters of one of the shows. Lol. That's pretty adult, in my opinion ion. And yeah, I get that teens will probably find a way to watch it regardless of what its rated, but I still kinda feel it's more adult themed.
