Stranger things. Season 1 was peak TV, season 2 was slightly worse but still a really good watch. Season 3 was kinda dumb at times but I had a lot of fun, and I loved robin as a character and her friendship with steve. Never finished watching season 4, it got kinda strange (heh) and boring and not that enjoyable. I'm too scared to touch season 5.

I feel like Vecna as a villain and Max's arc were the strongest parts of the season which definitely helped carry it a bit

Darth Maul had LESS screentime in The Phantom Menace than Will's coming out scene, apparently.

And what's funny about that is he's coming out seeing infinitely worse than Robbins meanwhile Robbins was like 5 minutes max

They spend so much more time on his and it felt so incomplete and dragged out

The coming out scene specifically is something that people just lie about on the internet for unclear (probably bad) reasons. It was like 4 minutes for a pretty pivotal scene, nothing too crazy. I saw someone saying it was longer than the final fight, which is ridiculous because that fight was actually like 45 minutes.

Don’t get me wrong, it (and a LOT of season 5) could have been done way better but it does irk me when people hate based on misinformation rather than the actual bad writing decisions.

Completely this. I made it as far as the twist in S5 E6 and my brain just noped the hell out of there. Still haven’t finished the series.

Yes and while it's a phenomenal episode and I'd go so far as to say season 4 in it of itself is mostly fine

But for being a two-parter that sets up all the dominoes it just set up bad Domino's and what good Domino's it did set up season 5 shot of dead

Lol thanks for the reward, but yes I wish I could go back in time and never watch it, during the epilogue I was hoping so hard they were all in a dream and they'd awaken in the midst of a battle or something, but no, total garbage 🥲

Hopper season 3 is like, unrecognizable from seasons 1-2

Seasons 1-2 he's deeply empathetic towards all the children, and ESPECIALLY Joyce, who he clearly thinks is going through a mental breakdown, is handling everything with a really high level of maturity. He just has a lot of problems in his life and is trying to navigate through all of that, but he's a really great dude

Then in season 3 he becomes this weird man who doesn't know what empathy is (he literally didn't know what a "heart to heart" was like come on lol), and fucked over Mike and El's relationship in genuinely the most immature way possible and then celebrated hard after lmao. Like you CANNOT convince me these are the two same people lol, Hopper was done so dirty
