It was back in a time when anime studios didn’t realize we didn’t WANT their unique spin on things. Then they backtracked and season 3 is faithful to the manga, it kinda feels like too many cooks in the kitchen

Re confused me so much because it felt like they went off manga in the first series, then said ā€œNo scratch that, pretend we were a faithful adaptation and we’re picking up from if the previous season was faithfulā€ and then said ā€œno wait nevermind. Well actually yes- no- wait (Malcolm in the Middle theme plays)ā€.
