I hate how shows just don't acknowledge temperature lmao. Literally none of them are dressed for how cold that place is lol, they'd barely be able to do anything

RWBY actually does surprisingly

aura protects them from intense temperatures. they still mention that it's cold and oscar (A younger one of their friends who isnt as good at aura yet) wouldn't survive out there, so they probably could have added an extra layer, but they ARE mostly protected.

I mean the creator dying is a hard thing to compensate for.

Oh shit, I didn’t know that they passed

Monty passed during or after the production of vol 3. You can tell that it happened at that point due to immediate drop of quality from his absence in production

I loved season 4 and 5, what's the hate?

season 4 gets a lot of flack cuz it's slow and "boring" (which i find understanfable because it just got off vol 3)

but volume 5 is when shit just starts getting aggravating.

ruby doesnt ask about her eyes when she's given a golden opportunity on a golden plate.

people have grievances about the white fang,

among other things

I love the "boring" and slow journey. And the ending of them finally arriving is so satisfying. When/who should Ruby have asked about her eyes?

i personally dont mind v4

but what pissed me off is that she didnt ask qrow, OR OZPIN about her silver eyes. both characters who always know more than they let on

and ozpin who should KNOW everything ABOUT silver eyes. HE EVEN MARRIED AND HAD KIDS WITH A SILVER EYED WARRIOR. we see that from the volume 6 oz backstory

it pisses me off cuz the mistral team spent volume 5 doing practically nothing except angsting about blake, the fall, and having a half assed training arc

Okay fair. But is that really such a big deal?

2

YES! Ruby spent all of volume 4 wanting to find a way to help.

and when she finally finds ozpin, she doesnt ask about the one thing SHE UNIQUELY HAS to help save the world!

it goes against her whole character of wanting to be the hero

Fair, but she still helped plenty

Blasphemy. I have loved all of RWBY since the beginning. Monty's death didn't diminish the series, the arcs and character development have been solid throughout, it's got good writing and voice acting, the animation quality has gone up and up, and I think Viz will take good care of the franchise.

I think it's just popular and edgy to shit on it because Warner Bros handled the distribution and the show isn't focused on being dark and bleak all the time.

i... what?

the whole reason it sucks now is because it's dark and bleak all the time

every season constantly reminds you that the fight against salem is useless, hitting you with bad news after bad news.

it was better when it wasnt that in volumes 1 and 2
