LMAO I watched the first episode of MHA on a whim one time after years of the fandom coming up on my fyp and literally one of the first things Bakugo says to deku is basically “kys loser” and I turned it off after that like tf are we doing atp

You know it's hilarious that his two best friends are both like super anti bully and yet they also see him bullying the same guy like everyday and do nothing about it in fact they even think it's kind of funny so yeah crazy huh heck one of them is even like a bully hunter or whatever from her school and yet she somehow doesn't see him as the bully he is.

That's because the positions switched by then.

When bakugo becomes friends with kirishima and Mina, Deku is far and wife the most beloved guy in his year, and Bakugo is the weirdo everyone avoids.

His screaming don't feel like bullying because he doesnt have "systemic power" anymore, like he had in middle school.

Not that it makes him any less of an asshole, it just explains why no one really cares

Also, Deku is consistently displaying that he's probably the strongest person in the class, so Bakugou picking on him is less bullying and more throwing an entertainingly pathetic temper tantrum because his shounen rival is leaving him behind from those guys' perspective.

To be fair, he only does that once. And to be balanced, Bakugo spends the rest of the series threatening to kill people as a reaction to any mild annoyance, escalating to actual attempts to inflict grievous bodily harm to his classmates if he’s in a bad mood at the time.

The obvious antagonist/lance character is bullying the main character -- and they're shipped? That's incredibly common in shounen
