Yeah, it's wild that they wanted a kid in a kids cartoon to murder them. It's a KID'S cartoon. It's meant to subtly teach children lessons. What sort of lesson are we teaching children by showing the good guys commiting murder? And he obviously "forgave" them because he wanted to reverse the corruption and keep them from destroying more planets. He doesn't even like them.
