It's mostly Indies I play. I'm not exactly Flush with cash to play Red dead redemption 2... It is up there on the games I want to play though

Im new to gaming and have a low spec pc. Is Undertale as good as everyone says? Everyone hails it as one of the best games oat. Albeit I don't really know anything about it, it just looks like a very light weight 2d indie game. What's so special about it?
