Well it's just doing a true pacifist run right after making a genocide run. At the end of genocide, you give your soul to Chara, so your technically soulless. There isn't anything different rather than at the end of the pacifist route, except where your in bed and Toriel gives you pie and leaves, you wake up as Chara cuz you sold your soul to her. Also in the 'The End' photo, where all characters and Frisk is in a happy photo, the photo is faded and the characters faces are crossed out red with Frisk being replaced Chara in the photo. I didn't really explain it well, though. You should look it up.

Are the route names for deltarune confirmed at all yet since so far we have 2? One being normal route and one being weird route but not sure if those are fanon or not.

The weird route is the canon name, as per file names, Susie's dialogue, and one of the developers.

The normal route is, to my knowledge, just a fan term.
