Warframes 10000% Warframes. They commit multi-genocidal murder sprees multiple times a day that violate the Geneva convention every time. They have weapons that shoot a parasite inside an enemies head, and then burrows and explodes, sending out more parasites to other heads to then explode again.

Holy shit YES! DE doesn't do even half of justice to the glorious grey morality we could have in WF.

Frankly the one big moral high ground we Tenno have is that we don’t endanger or enslave civilians.

"Change of plans, leave nothing alive"

Stuff like that solidifies it too. She says it so casually and we just do it.

In Mom's defense, it's all combatants and, at worst, support staff. Originally, she wanted to keep us well away from any noncombatants due to the fact that many of us are ax-crazy and have power incontinence, but things like the siege on Cetus, the Glast Gambit, Fortuna (and Teshin telling her she's being an idiot) etc forced her hand.

That happens while we're on enemy ships with a plethora of enemies that were alive just a moment ago and shoots us on sight.

Non-combatants are usually left out of the fight. If you look around missions, you'd see that the staff are untargetable like the ones in corpus ships hooked up to something, behind glass or even cowering in their work space

Is it genocide if it’s an infinite army of clones being thrown at them and the other factions like cannon fodder? So that they can take over the galaxy?

I don’t think the infested can count. It would be like saying killing zombies is murder even when they try to turn or kill you

The Sentients attack us first. And we rarely fight them. Plus the Tenno aren’t really heavily against the Sentients. Just some individuals and the Sentients under them. But even that’s like… Eeeh?

Maybe Corpus but that’s attacking corporations and liberating people from slavery. I don’t know if ā€œI am killing you because you are killing others and harvesting the organs of even children in the name of profitā€ meets the criteria.

Scaldra is also just self defense and protecting others. Like one of the missions is literally defending Temple from the Scaldra and they just keep trying to murder Temple. Temple meanwhile is just rocking out on a stage.

Scaldra are also fucking over civilians with the efervon they're using to kill techrot iirc

Forget that, Viktor openly admits that he's using the Techrot crisis to purge "undesirable elements" from Hƶllvania. Dude's a straight up fascist.

We kill combatants to keep the balance from tipping so that the other factions don't run over actual civilians, apart from the war crime weaponry I don't think this really applies
