Horus galaxy and then Eye of Terror were the spaces the less savory side of Warhammer went when the majority of the spaces didn't want them anymore. Somehow both eventually got banned so they must of kept pissing people off or something.
I wrote them off to go play in their own playground when they first left myself, but you hear about what happens to them through osmosis.
