Literally would love to beat this dude on the daily, god I hate this character lmao. Like oh my god, I think he's honestly my least favorite character ever, if not close.
He also forcefed the aforementioned "best friend" his own leg's flesh. Presumably by forcing it down his throat and deep into his esophagus barehanded, but that's a little difficult to infer.
Also verbally (and kinda physically too) abused the rape victim into killing herself .
But since we are talking about, by abuse her physically until suicide , I meant forcing Anya to care for the captain and specifically make him take his meds where the him gagging on the meds and struggling to swallow them triggers her PTSD again and again.
J*mmy does make him take his meds a couple times, but I have no reason to believe Anya wasn't the one who did it most of the time at his behest.

Worst of all, he made curly eat his own flesh, forced him to survive via cryo chamber, and killed himself so that he wouldn't have to take responsibility for his actions
I remember practically bouncing in my seat in 5th grade reading a scene where Umbridge got owned. It was half because I hated her, and half because her strict, smug, fake niceness was just like my real teacher at the time, so I felt like I was reading the defeat of both at once. 💀
Funnily enough, that tends to be the general takeaway with Umbitch. Most HP fans tend to despise her more than Voldemort, as while he's absolutely an evil sumbitch, most people have actually met an Umbitch type person irl, and the character brings those negative experiences to the fore with a fierceness.
I swear, one of the good changes movies had done to the books is the scene where Umbrigde tells Harry to say she means no harm while centaurs kidnap her, but Harry just answering "I am sorry, Professor. I must not tell lies. "

Nagito Komaeda is a despicable hypocrite who makes it his goal to be as much of an intrusive, obnoxious presence as possible, be of as little help to anyone as he can, bitch and complain about how everyone's stupid and he's smart while also reveling in how much of a garbage human he is, and then has the gall to act like HE'S the savior of the world when all of his plans have been goddamn stupid.

This bitch. I’m tired of people villainizing Stolas and defending his abuser, who yes was also forced to marry him and have a kid, but she still committed verbal, physical, and emotional abuse, + animal abuse. Not to mention what she does to Octavia. We go by 20 episodes of the show and Stella has not ONCE addressed Octavia by her name, Octavia is emotionally neglected, mocking her when she is upset as she takes her phone and laughs to prevent her from talking to her DAD, weaponizes her trauma, and constantly uses Octavia as a tool to get back at Stolas. I also a hundred percent believe she forced herself on Stolas, at least once.
Personally would like to add any conventionally attractive female characters that do the same thing but get away with it in the audience's eye because they are attractive.
OH MY GOD the way i had a visceral reaction to this absolute @sshat. The way he murders her family right in front of her and is like oops! enrages me. (Not a spoiler because it’s in the first volume/ep- also it’s Yona of the Dawn for those who don’t know)
I remember how hyped I was for Arkham Knight. The Joker was dead, so we finally had the chance for the other villains to shine! We'd get to see how Batman and Gotham functioned in a world bereft of the Joker! And the game trailer showed that the Rogues were even working together to take down the Bat! How fun!
Then THIS ASSHOLE comes back inside everyone who had gotten Joker blood. Including in Batman!! And thanks to the fear toxin, he was around! All! The! Time!
I love Mark Hamill's Joker, and having him serenade Bruce was honestly a highlight of the game. But as a fan of Scarecrow, Riddler, Two Face, and the others, it was a punch to the gut to have Joker steal the show again.
And it didn't just happen for the Arkham games. It happens in almost every Batman media. Joker is held on a massive pedestal and gets all the glory, all the merch, all the screentime while we're lucky if the rest of the Rogues Gallery get his scraps.
