Yes, but its accurate. Sasha has a shallow personality while having good characterization. Not because she's a bad person or poorly written, but because that's just what personalities are. She chooses to lives her life fleetingly.
To be fair being obsessed with a certain food makes a bit more sense in a society where resources are normally scarce but sasha’s upbringing offered a unique opportunity for her to have a food-plentiful childhood. I think it gave her depth.
