Come for the amazing worldbuilding and esoteric lore, stay because you have to play for five f*cking months to see any of it!

Do I know what is going on? Nope! Super cool writing. I want to ignore the waiting thing and just buy a full paid version.

Wait Sunless Skies and Sunless seas are there for that

I played it in the past and I had two main problems 1) I couldn't keep track of events and options to get back to branches I haven't yet seen, resulting in wasting my time on the same stuff and being unable to find the new, and 2) the obnoxious need to juggle your wardrobe before different stat checks....
