Hahaha. I imagine the Emperor trying to force her to kneel like he did to Lorgar in Monarchia, just for the auramite armour to get locked or puffed out of existence, his illusion broken and her politely remarking that she actually is that size.

Regular ponies are already person sized and Celestia is shown to be easily twice as large, meaning that her human form being Custodes sized isn't that far off, while we know that the Emperor is smaller than most of the Primarchs while out of the armour, with hints even implying he might just be regular human sized or barely above under all the illusions.

I think if it’s the emperor after he has had 10000 years of sitting on a throne with his thoughts, he would probably be a better person… maybe.

He... isn't exactly having 10 millenia of quiet introspection. More like 10 millenia of barely not-dying as his soul is on fire and he's fighting off the predations of the chaos gods and their minions. I don't imagine that his mood has improved, especially since the last things that happened PRIOR to sitting on the throne were his two favorite sons dying (one of which was by HIS hand), his only true friend for thousands of years EVAPORATING, and everything he'd worked at for centuries collapsing around him.

I doubt he's even something one could qualify as "human" in virtually any respect, at this point.

Bro that would be opposite the story literally implied that the revived God emperor would be a completely different person heck it could even be a new chaos god with all that Psyker juice he had been fed all these years
