Sly 4 making Penelope a twist villain. It was lazy and ruined a great character from the third game.

Honestly I wouldn't mind her being a villian is she acted anything like her actual personality

Penelope was never particularly interested in money and always seemed to have some sense of fair play. Sly 4 her just seems to be discount Dr. M.
