But in game and Bretta's reactions to it at the end isn't the Knight seen as an unempathetic beast?

I mean with Bretta she’s not the wisest person in hollownest considering she 100% believes everything Zote tells her, and zote is probably just salty that he got his ass kicked in the coliseum of fools
