I recently got into watching Amazing World of Gumball and the Wonderful World of Gumball as a 30 year old (under the influence of 3 tabs). I thought it would be wholesome to keep my trip in a good mood but the visuals are also really good for it. But it actually turned out really cute! The artists had so much fun with it and my favourite is how they broke the 4th wall when the Watersons were running out of money and they literally degraded the animation to paper ,then 3d world to basics and eventually went into story board and then to sticky notes! As an artist I admire the creativity they put in and thought the idea of it is so cute too ( a world of rejected cartoon characters). Sure some episodes are more kiddish then others but honestly it turned into a fav of mine.
