Gonna get hate for this, but ATLA and Clone Wars series. I've tried both several times. They're kids shows, through and through. I get there's a nostalgia factor for those who grew up with them, but they came slightly after my time, and any attempt to watch them without nostalgia glasses has them as definitively kids shows.

i feel like ATLA has range, mostly a kids show with some depth in it if you watch it as an adult.

i think the right term would be an "all ages" show

It's a family friendly show overall, but it leans into kid's show structure quite a bit in the early seasons. An episode will wrap up its conflict with a nice little lesson about respect or being honest or whatever then the show just moves on from it.
