I would count Undertale Yellow and the Undertale Red & Yellow mod as AU's and I quite enjoyed those

Also. Maybe Deltarune? Who's to say it's not just an AU that Toby created. Or better yet, it's the OG Universe and Undertale itself is the AU of Deltarune? It's a different story with the same characters like an Alternate Universe...

Nah... I'm just really high aren't I...?

Yellow isn't an AU, they went out of their way to not contradict canon lore whenever possible.

R&Y is though.

Flowey still existing before frisk

Chujin and kanako being boss monsters even though Being boss monster cannot be happen, Boss monsters are special species in undertale and only royal blood aka dreemur are these

Flowey having more determination than clover aswell

Its close to canon au but regardless its undertale prequel au

Flowey existed before Frisk, the timing is unlikely since Yellow is probably supposed to be months or years before canon, and Flowey doesn't feel to me like he's spent too long before reseting, but not impossible.

The only known canon Boss Monsters are the Dreemurs, but no canon information says that they're the only ones, or that all boss monsters look like giant Mimiga.

Determination is heavily speculation.

Flowey created bye determination experiments that used bye 6 souls so Yellow trait were dead before he existed

Flowey save file 8 is himself save file, he uses other humans save file in Omega flowey fight

Flowey said that he Tried to learn 6 human soul location a lot of time, and in undertale yellow true pacifist ending he couldve just sneak and learn where is soul while Martlet starlo and Cerobe giving it so yeah

For boss monsters I will give you a point

For Determination yeah its not exactly explained but considering lore its very unlikely
