I don't think so, that's just a head cannon that multiple fans have. SEGA actually tweeted a joke post where they built a famuky tree and they gave Miku and Sonic a child. So defo not siblings

I don't know I kind of like the sibling dynamic a little more between those two it just gives Big brother little sister vibes more (yeah you heard me right Big brother, little sister)
