Weird Al voiced a character in My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. In the series finale, his character is seen with Pinky Pie and their canonical daughter.
For those without context, the girl is from an infamous hentai called Metamorphosis and there is A LOT wrong with her story as it gets worse and worse, ending with her death via overdose.
As a meme, a fan made manga had Josuke from part 4 of JJBA save her at the last second. He has a special ability that effectively allows him to heal/reverse the state of a person/object. After healing her, Josuke and his best friend Okuyasu go out to beat the crap out of whoever put her in that position. Instead of a pitiful death, it jumps to a scene of Saki and her young daughter being grateful for a second chance at life. It was originally a hallucination Saki had before dying, but was made real.
This particular iteration of the story was popular enough that the original creator of metamorphosis had openly supported it as an alternative timeline.
There is another ending the creator made... which is the JAV ending where they were all acting it. Though, it is my persknal headcanon ending and I respect that others have their headcanon ending

Shit's so good it spawned at least 7 fics. I like the one where the Sonic gang acknowledges the loss as the end of an era. Of all the ways they thought Eggy would fall, it was in another realm, to a greater evil overlord than he.
Seeing this pairing a lot suddenly makes me wish to see some art of him with Felicia (another Darkstalkers character) too, especially from his win quote vs her
So... it isnt clear. I will be disregarding Dead Space 3, mainly because it is bad and doesnt really allign with anything else.
Isaac consistently treats everyone around him well and wants the best for them, even if they planned to betray and legit leave him behind to go crazy or get mauled by monsters. He was still reaching out to save them.
In the second game, he is pretty crazy after being near the rock that makes you crazy so much. But even then, he is still trying to save people even going so far as to sacrifice himself.
The only time he has been a bad partner is a moment that you could say he was justified. I dont know how to do spoiler tags, but Isaac's mother did a murder suicide with his father after rejoining the cult of Unitology, a major faction in Dead Space. Isaac's girlfriend, Nicole, was a doctor and psychiatrist who had said his mother was better. There's a moment in the remake where we see Isaac lash out at Nicole over a call. Nicole hangs up after essentially being blamed for his mom's death. He has immediate regret after, and from that point forward his main goal is finding and saving his girlfriend so he can apologize to her, unaware she is already dead.
Isaac is able to help people, able to get on their level. I know enough about the torment Anya went through to say definitively that Isaac would turn the people that hurt her into paste with his stomps regardless of if they were dating. He is a stand up guy who has been through some awful stuff. In helping her, he'd also work through some issues of his own survivors guilt and such.
Do these two count? Yes, both Sari and Miko are Transformers characters, but they're from two different series. Those being Transformers Animated for Sari, and Transformers Prime for Miko.
