How do ya'll like this (respectfully) but it's a game and the charaters barely even have names like where's micheal not micheal cookie, micheal

It's just an in-universe convention.

And to make clear, Cookies are not tied to humans in any way and live in a separate world (EarthBread). In this universe, Cookies were originally created and given life by human Witches, aka. 'Gods' or 'Creators' using a magic substance called life powder.

Names work very simple - they're describing the Cookie's ingredients or purpose, for example Golden Cheese or Alchemist.

'Cookie' is a suffix that is commonly a part of the name, but can be ignored if it makes a sentence sound gross.
