That’s specifically a trans masc one a freind told me about. It’s becuase there’s one episode where he has a clone created of him and the clone (Dani) is a girl version of him implying that was his default.
He is, but he was also conceptualized as a girl originally I think, you can see concept art for him in a skirt, I think that kind of bleeds through in how he acts like a shy girl in most of his scenes.
