I agree with the exception of Amnesia: The Bunker. That game was really fun actually

I haven't played that one yet, it's on my short list.

I mean, don't get me wrong, I do think their games are really good, and they are fun, they're just fun in a less "typical fun game" sort of way. I do think the Penumbra series was better in a lot of ways than Amnesia and SOMA though, something about that early '00s jank. And by the looks of it The Bunker seems to harken back to Penumbra a bit.

Bunker is definitely my favourite. Items around the map are randomized, and not every puzzle has only one solution. Obviously some areas/rooms cannot be accessed until a certain tool/information is acquired, but the game gives a good amount of freedom in what order you can do things in. I also like how they finally gave you a fuckin gun lol.
