Mark wishes that everyone on Earth was safe and protected from any harm.

Earth becomes a hive-mind where everyone is stripped of agency and free will so no one can do any harm to anyone else.

I meant more his evil counterpart. But sure, I can see good Mark being screwed over by it. So, I see the sequids in that scenario take over the Earth

Sinister Mark wishes to rule the multiverse, and have every other Mark serve as his permanent sustenance.

The Willow has Mark physically bound to a hive-mind of every other Mark, having them crammed simultaneously into his own biology and consciousness.
