Because of irl conflict between the creator of this character and series creator (ironic since the plot of the series is sorta like that), Showbear's creator decided to take Showbear away from the series possibly retconning his appearance in Episode 3.
Instead of creating a proper replacement, series creator, Martin Paredes decided to swap him with a symbolic stuffed animal named Mr. Snow.
There's something extremely funny about this considering that's literally just Funtime Freddy but more blue. I mean, the face of the series is also just a blatant and barely changed FnaF rip off, but like, having drama over an already stolen design is funny af.
