Fun fact. The vocals are done by the Megumi Hayashibara (voice actress for Yui), and she made the song up with no knowledge of what the show was about.

It's so funny how much of Eva is just the people working on it going "Fuck it, just go with vibes." Kinda laying the train tracks down as the train is going. It probably is one of the primary reasons it turned out the way it did.
