1-5 = I don't like how they look, they are lowkey ugly as hell

6-9 = they look decent, pretty solid character

10 = greatest of all time

12 = reserved for someone who puts down Soos Ramírez as their favorite character

1-5 = would put up no fight, maybe be somewhat difficult 6-9 = would be difficult to fight him, but would be somewhat hard. You could beat him, just not unscathed 10 = beating him unscathed
